Please read carefully !!
—Space reserved on a first come basis.
—Class fees due due when signing up for class.
—To register, please call for an appointment to come by the Studio.
—When registering, please only use our official Registration Form available at the Studio.
—DO NOT MAIL CASH !
—Please register as soon as possible to ensure your place in class and you won’t be disappointed.
—We reserve the right to cancel a class if we do not have a minimum enrollment.
—If we cancel, you will receive a full refund by check. If you cancel and cannot attend a class you signed up and paid for, please note that we do NOT issue refunds !! Your fee will be applied to another class/date. Your New class needs to be taken within one year of original cancellation.
—To notify us of a cancellation, please call first, but you must also email a notice of cancellation so that we have written confirmation.
—Children are NOT allowed to accompany you to a class. No exceptions.
— Classes may be postponed if Knox County Schools are closed.
—We do not provide sewing machines-only outlets !! You need to be familiar with, and know how to use your sewing machine. We are not experts in all the different brands, nor can we help you figure it out. Consult your owner’s manual and/or your nearest dealer before a class begins. Be sure your machine is in good working order. We do not delay classes because of machine malfunctions ! Having happy working machines means happy quilters !
