Smoky Mountain Quilt Studio Retreats:
Retreats are a fun and great way to make new friends! Our last two retreats were such great fun and fellowship! We offer both large group and small group retreats.
PRIVATE GROUP RETREATS:
We can accommodate up to 28 quilters from a single group. The facility is located in Pigeon Forge, Tennesse, (next to Dollywood) and meets all the needs a quilter could want.
Cost includes sewing room for machines, two to a table. Bring your own sewing machine, supplies and fabrics. Everyone brings their own projects to work on as well as their own breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Fully equipped kitchen is included or visit one of the nearby restaurants in Pigeon Forge. Cost per person is $120.00 for two days and two nights, from Friday 3:00 pm check-in, to Sunday checkout at 11:00 am. Single beds and top bunk beds are the norm, first-come, first-serve. A side trip to two fabulous local quilt stores is included.

Jan 2010 Studio Retreat
Small Studio retreats allow you to meet other quilters and make new friends.
Small Studio group retreats require a minimum of 8 quilters. Max allowed is 10 quilters, all single twin bed occupancy.
Cost is$110.00 per person from Friday 3:00 pm check-in, to Sunday checkout at 11:00 am.
Cost includes sewing room for machines, two to a table. Bring your own sewing machine, supplies and fabrics. Bring your own breakfast, lunch and dinner foods or visit one of the nearby restaurants. Guided visits to a local quilt store are provided. Dollywood Amusement Park and other area attractions are additional costs.
Small Group retreats are a minimum of 6 retreaters and a max. of 10 ladies, all with private twin beds. Small group retreats are 30 minutes from Gatlinburg, Tn at the base of the Smoky Mountains. A fully equipped kitchen is available.
For 3, 4 and 5 night stays, cost is an additional $50.00 per person, per night.

All retreats require a $50.00, non-refundable deposit per person, due within 10 days from the time the date is set . Please allow for 3-6 months in advance to make reservations.
High season (October-November) prices vary and will be approx. 30% higher than the above rates.
