What Makes Our T-Shirt Quilts Different!
Our T-shirt quilts are different from most in that we actually QUILT the entire quilt top. Without the quilting stitches you run a huge risk in the ‘blanket’ coming apart when washed. By definition, ‘a quilt is not a quilt until it has been quilted.’ We use an all-over quilting design of your choice that will ensure your special quilt will last for many years.

–Before calling for an appointment, please review the information below to have an idea of the style, size and cost of quilt you are interested in.
–If you would like to go shopping for fabrics that we do not stock, we will supply you with the yardages you will need to purchase those fabrics. (NOTE: There is only a small fee deducted from the cost of the quilt)
–More than 1 graphic per block in a grid quilt is an additional $5.00 per graphic, per block.
–Cornerstones in the sashing are an additional $3.00 each.
–All sizes are approximate.
–A “graphic” can be used from the front, back, pocket or sleeve of a shirt.
–General rule-of-thumb: ALL graphics are used in a Collage’ quilt unless you note otherwise.

Pricing for Memory Quilts
What is the difference between a T-shirt quilt and a memory quilt?
T-shirt quilts are comprised entirely of t-shirts and/or sports shirts. Memory quilts can have t-shirt quilts in them, but are generally comprised of a variety of personal clothing. Typically, but not necessarily, a memory quilt is made with clothing from a family member who has passed.

Custom Memory Quilts Prices
Generally speaking, in choosing a design for a memory quilt (other than based on a T-shirt style), you can google quilting patterns or go to Pinterest for ideas.
You can text up to 3 (three) pictures of designs you like for a very rough estimate on pricing.
What determines the exact price is the specific pattern you pick along with the size of the quilt. Exact price will be determined during the 45-minute consultation.
Keep in mind that there is no such thing as cheap custom. The more hours to do a more complex pattern will obviously result in a higher price.
